About the event
Shock can be a common sequela of trauma as well as many other disease processes. We will first go over some basic definitions of shock and what happens in the body during shock. From there, we will go over the different types of shock as well as the different stages of shock, and how to differentiate between them. We will also cover how to treat the various types of shock (they're not all the same!) in addition to what NOT to do!
